Freedom Families
Freedom Families is a program offered to our service members families across the country. We provide all factor brands and supplies to our military families.
Our military patient advocates will help you navigate the healthcare system as well as provide education managing a family member with a bleeding disorder while serving in the military.
We understand how stressful a move can be. That is why we will help you every step of the way when your family receives a new assignment. Our team will assist in transferring medical records and setting up your new HTC first appointment.
